Our stay was great. The listing when booked showed as a gulf view room and we did not get that but we still enjoyed our room. We had a closet door break when trying to open it. We reached out and explained what happened they were understanding of the situation. Overall it was the perfect size space for our family.

Excellent location, nice property amenities, unit spacious and comfortable. Parking for only one vehicle can be an issue as a 3 bedroom condo can have two families with two cars. Listing is confusing as it references a reserved parking space and also availability of parking passes. Direct beach access is a plus with toddler. Vacasa property management was outstanding. A repairman was on site within one hour of initial contact via text for a toilet repair. All code locks/access worked well.

Had issues with the air conditioning the first evening. Took a few hours to get someone to contact us and trouble shoot the issue-which was resolved. No code was given is to get into stairwells so got locked out in the grilling area. Paid extra for a late check out but still get locked out before that time and again had to contact the management company to get a new code.
