Very nice clean place to stay quite easy access to the beach. Only flaw could use a ironing board and a dustpan. I give it a 4&half star

Perfect size townhouse for our family (4 adults, 3 teens & 11 year old). Three bathrooms helped! It is a 5 minute walk to beach and 3 minute walk to Clubhouse/ pool. We enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, & shuffleboard! The townhouse also had board games for kids at night! It was walking distance to “Bric a Brac”, a good place to eat & close to other great restaurants. The townhouse needs updates: broke tile in bathroom floor, toilet paper holders aren’t tightly secured to the wall, dryer didn’t dry towels very well, toilet stopped up in master bath ( but got it fixed in timely manner), & trim around doors could be painted. It worked out well for needs.

The house was overall nice and big enough for my family vacation. We were 12 ppl & all slept comfortably. I loved the fact there were board games as well as beach items to use. It was a great location. My complaints are ; The upstairs restrooms had sliding doors that both are off track so kids and adults kept getting stuck inside, the washer didn’t work and we weren’t notified until 30 minutes before arrival, we had to call each night for towels bc of the issue with the washer. However, I did see that the building is being renovated I would stay here again once the updates are completed.
