Our Sea View home has an open floor plan and magnificent screened ocean-facing deck providing a "living in paradise" feel while enabling you to enjoy the nature and reefs at your doorstep. Vaulted ceilings and fans add to the ocean breeze. Walking paths, pool, restaurant, bar, dive shop and more are also conveniently on the resort property.

Situated in the 150 acre private resort property, with walking paths, gardens, and is home to many varieties of birds, parrots, butterflies, iguana and more. Wonderful rustic open island style bungalow tucked into the jungle. This place has screens with wood louvers as opposed to glass windows, as well as a screened in porch with hammock and chairs provide protection from the few bugs that were present. There is a mango tree overhead that was in season! We helped ourselves every morning! It has access to all the amenities of Palemtto Bay - swimming pool, the Cove restaurant (surprisingly good pasta dishes) and dive shop (Scuba Roatan). The place was well stocked with drinking water, towels, paper goods, etc. It did get pretty hot (we visited during a heat wave). One bedroom has AC as well as the living room that helped take the edge off, but it was pretty brutal inside at times. Fortunately, we finally go a bit of breeze to help at the end of the stay.
It is out of the way of the general tourist areas but still within east distance - we would easily run down to West End or Sandy Bay for dining or activities.

Amazing stay. The grounds are gorgeous and so well maintained. Great security and everyone there was so welcoming. The property was well maintained and incredibly stocked (down to snorkels and masks and sunscreen). Shari was great at letting us know anything we needed to know or direct us on options. The development offers excursions from there. And only 15 minutes from the airport. Felt a world away but everything was so close. The development restaurant was great too. All in all an amazing trip. So relaxing.

For avid scuba divers this place is a dream and dive shop provides a great experience. I wish the bungalow had AC In every room but the single unit was able to cool the place down nicely and besides energy is super expensive in Roatan so fans are awesome. The house is super stocked with lots of amenities and easy to find your way back n forth from the restaurant. It was great with the hosts even leaving me a real nice bday present! So cool and generous! Be sure to bring some deepwoods off the sandflies love to bite and will ignore most repellents but it’s worth it for the amazing backdrop and awesome dives off your back porch. I will be coming back to Palmetto Bay!
