Very comfortable and well equipped, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The location was great. Parking is definitely a plus and very convenient. Loved having a small store in the building plus several more nearby. Two blocks to the beach. Thank you for a lovely stay in Waikiki!

The apartement had everything we needed. It was clean and the location was very good!

In short, this condo is in a decent location, and the managers fixed the things we told them about. But I wouldn’t stay here again. Here are the details: Pros: - Location. - Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. - Parking and WiFi included. - Bedroom has twin beds, good for kids who won't sleep in same bed. - Management fixed the things we told them about. Cons: - We had to tell management about a lot of things while we were there, & the 24/7 line doesn’t always work. The toilet overflowed from pee alone. We left a message before 7 am and then left. I called the office again at 1pm and was told they hadn’t received the message. The pool toilets were closed. Where were we supposed to use a toilet in the building? The plumber was there and fixed the toilet within 2 hours after I called the second time. - There was no plunger on site. “There’s supposed to be one." A new one was there upon returning from dinner. - There were no sleeping pillows for us on the fold out couch. “They are supposed to be there." They suggested we remove the pillows from the shams in the bedroom, but there were no pillow covers for these. “They’re supposed to have covers.” Housecleaning brought some later. - It feels like the bare minimum is done here. Ex: A dish towel in the kitchen would be nice. Curtain rod in living room was half hanging off the ceiling. (The latter was fixed.) - The fold out couch “memory foam” has lost most of its foam on the upper half. It’s 1 in thick at the top & dives pretty deeply to the middle. We slept upside down to maximize comfort. - Needs a deep clean. Dirt/grime is easily visible on the baseboard, around the edges of the bathtub, etc. - Not cleaned well between users. The sheets on the fold out couch had rice, seasoning, hair on them. There were food wrappers under the couch and trash under the beds. - City noise is loud when windows are open. Entry door with large gap at bottom, so you hear everything from hallway. - AC worked only intermittently. Didn't report this since not a big deal for us. - Pool often closed. I don’t know why. Not a big deal for us: we were there for the ocean. - Don’t expect a warm and fuzzy vibe here. I usually spoke with a woman who always seemed stressed. The man I spoke to once was more personable. The building itself is basic, which saves money, but if you’re looking for a grand entryway that makes you feel like you’re on vacation in a tropical paradise, this isn’t your place.
