The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is perfect. Out 16yo had her own room and it it has been a had their house en room with bunk beds as well. We had a perfect view for fireworks and the harbor. As close as you are to the harbor and activities when the doors are closed it’s still pretty quiet. Only heard sporadic boat horns and the pirate cannon but it was very quiet at night!!
