Delightful Windsor at Westside Resort home villa
8 bedrooms (2 Downstairs/6 Upstairs) and 6 full bathrooms.
Space for up to 16 guests, (stretch out and relax with all the comforts of home)
WEST facing private pool ensuring stunning sunset views over the lake!
This 5 star property is excited to host new guests for a magical family vacation!
Themed bedrooms include a Harry Potter suite, Mickey & Minnie room and Star Wars room.
FULL Kitchen with all the chef's favorite tools (including electric griddle, electric roaster, electric skillet, tea kettle and electric kettle, blender, Keurig, traditional coffee pot, +)
Dining area that comfortably seats 14, 4 additional seats at kitchen island
Family gathering space in open downstairs floorplan
Full size double laundry with 2 NEW washers & dryers, iron and ironing board
NEW Triton plastic glassware and plastic dinnerware for pool deck
Upstairs GAMES and more ENTERTAINMENT space with xBOX system, pool table, foosball and movie projector!
Hard Flooring throughout house!
NEW Outdoor furniture with sofa seating for 5, outdoor dining for 8 and 6 sun loungers
BABY GATE for Pool Safety

Off street Parking for 2 Cars in driveway.

Owner personally UPDATES and maintains property through the year!
Pool Heat is available for an additional fee during booking process or can be added before stay. ($30 a night plus tax)
A Gas BBQ Grill is available for guests to use, with a request for guests to clean it after use.

Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.
Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.
Policies:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Rental agreement must be signed upon booking - rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for condo rental
- Photo ID required upon booking
- A Security Deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected by our system prior to your stay
- Party size maximum of 16 (including infants) - this is an insurance, tourist permit, and fire code restriction
- COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS 11pm - 7am (strictly enforced)
- No 3rd party bookings
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

Our recent stay at Sunset Magic Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and attentiveness of our host, Megan. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and stress-free. Not only did she accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, but she also made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the villa.
The villa itself was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the modern furnishings to the fully-equipped kitchen. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of the property was the stunning pool area, which was beautifully landscaped and provided the perfect setting to relax. The view over the lake added an extra touch of tranquility, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
One of the standout features of the villa was the fantastic games room. It provided hours of entertainment and was the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Whether you’re looking to relax or have a bit of fun, the villa has it all.
Megan's attention to detail was truly exceptional. She thought of everything, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely love to return to Sunset Magic Villa in the future.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway!

This home has to be the cleanest and most prepared home we have stayed at in Orlando. We travel often to this area and many times end up renting homes that don’t look in person like what we saw and read online. This house is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures. The owner is also very easy to reach and attentive to any needs. We will always be grateful for the experience we had during our stay for our son’s graduation.
