The owner of the condo (Dan) was so nice and helpful before, during and after our stay. The condo was clean and cozy! Check in process was a littl3 frustrating at the resort, but not the owners fault and I did let our concierge know that I was displeased with this. The resort staff was very friendly and accommodating! The pools and indoor waterpark were clean and my son had so much fun! We will 100% rent from Dan again in the future!

The owners always responded quickly on VRBO. The people at Westgate were very quick to respond and helpful. The outdoor pool was heated well and large with a big hot tub. The condo was updated, beautifully decorated and well stocked. It included passes to Wild Bear Falls which was nice but it isn't something I would pay money for (crowded, dirty, cold).
My only issue is that what we got did not come close to the pictures shown. We only had one small window in the bedroom, no natural light in the kitchen or living/dining area and definitely no balcony or jacuzzi tub. The table only seated 3 and the kitchen was very small. It suited our needs but wasn't what we were expecting and didn't end up being a place where we spent much time because it felt like we were in a cave. You could end up with a different unit, I don't think the owner has much control over what you are assigned but I'm not sure.
