(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My partner and I stayed during the summer while we were in town for a wedding at the St. Regis. The location is great, the place was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There were several key codes given on the listing and it took a few minutes to figure out how to get in, so clearer instructions there would be great for future visitors!

Literally a six minute walk to deer valley lifts. Great to have 1.5 bathrooms. Pull out bed was ok (but all of those aren’t great). TV, WiFi great. Wish we could have slightly later check out but it is a wonderful place
