This lower level of the home has an abundance of light with windows and private access with keyless entry.
LIVING AREAS
Enjoy hot tea as you curl up by the gas fireplace in the living area. Settle in and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Find plenty of seating with a plush sofa, and 2 stylish armchairs (new furnishings being upgraded right now).
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will have a hot plate and toaster oven to prepare simple meals with a full array of pots & pans
When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining room table with seating for 4 and as well as seating outside.
BED & BATH
The bedroom of the vacation unit is private, quiet and spacious. Enjoy the comfortable queen bed.
There is additional sleeping for two on the daybed which has its own private nook in the living area.
WORKSPACE
There is a desk to keep up on work and surf the net.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Take in the nature sounds on the back patio. Take in the sun sets, circle around the fire pit with seating for 4 and watch the stars roll out. Keep an eye out for the foxes, turkeys, deer, and other wildlife!

Easily explore both rural and urban destinations from this Blue Ridge sanctuary. Drive 5 miles to visit a plethora of shops and dining options in downtown Asheville. Check out iconic locales like the Biltmore Estate (7.5 miles) and Folk Art Center (10.5 miles).
Discover an abundance of outdoor recreation in the area -- including biking, swimming, fishing, zip lining, rafting, tubing, kayaking, and skiing. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy convenient access to several scenic trails nearby, including the Olivette trails. As well, you are just 10 mins to the lovely town of Weaverville
Drive 20 miles north to explore the Pisgah National Forest, including Mt. Mitchell. Or travel an hour south to visit Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. Chimney Rock (31 miles) and WNC Nature Center (11.5 miles) are also not to be missed.
If visiting in the winter, travel 30 miles north to hit the slopes at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort. In the fall, take a drive on the iconic Blue Ridge Highway and witness the stunning changing colors.

The property is much better than in the photos. The appointments are very nice, right down to the framed photo in the bathroom. The most striking thing is how warm and comfortable it feels once you are inside. Convenient location for everything there is to see and do in Ashville.
Jason, the owner is very good at communicating with you and tries to accommodate all your requests. The additional space serving as an office with a wonderful day bed was a pleasant surprise.
All the furnishings are new, and more importantly, very comfortable.
You cannot go wrong with this as your selection.

Amazing lower level unit as described in the Woodfin area of Asheville. Jason, was very quick to reply to questions and was awesome the entire trip. It’s a Lower level with very nice bedroom, large living area with TV, outdoor fire pit which we used! Remote but only a 10 minute drive into Asheville for the activities. I will stay again! Super clean and has washer and dryer on-site

Casa Blanca is an attractive, warm, inviting space that is comfortable for long stays in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from downtown Asheville. The accomodations offer ample privacy and Jason is a very responsive host with excellent attention to detail should you need anything. Highly recommended!
