The Securely Gated Candlewood Villas II Complex is known for many of its units having lovely views of the Majestic Mount Jacinto. Three Heated Pools and Spas are set within nicely landscaped grounds, one is practically right outside your door.
ENTRY
Enter your unit from a nice Mountain View Patio. This patio is furnished with a freshly padded lounge chair and small table. This is the perfect place to nurse an evening beverage while admiring the sunset behind the mountain.
This Upper Unit features Vaulted Ceilings in the great room, creating an expansive feeling. Sit on the comfortable sofa as you stream your favorite shows at 400 MB/sec on the new 65" Smart TV. Dine, work or play board games at the round glass dining table with room for 4.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-equipped including a mix of new and older appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the choice of Mr Coffee, french press, or Nespresso, and your chef will find most every thing needed to easily create a snack or a small holiday feast.

With excellent separation, you will sleep well in the front Queen Bedroom with comfortable mattress and high thread count cotton sheets, or the back King Bedroom outfitted with luxury linens. Please note this unit has stairs to the front door on the second level, directly across from the unit's covered, gated parking space. Ample uncovered, guest parking is available within the gated community for your visitors or a second vehicle.

Central valley location is only a 10-15 minute drive to anything of interest in Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert. The complex is right behind the Cathedral City U-Haul. While a car is recommended, you can walk to a few great local restaurants like Otari (excellent Japanese food) and Bubba Bones & Brews (awesome BBQ/gastropub).
