I chose this property because of its close location to the Navy base. Great spot. The beach was beautiful. I love the location because it wasn’t a giant condo complex. Easy to get in and out of.

Loved this property it was super close to the beach. There were grills by the pool area which were gas so it was super easy to cook for a large group. It was clean and the staff and community were very friendly. We only ran into one minor issue which was the beach code to get in was incorrect but other folks had the same issue and were happy to share the gate code. Loved this place and would be back!

Pros: loved having two beds, each with their own room/loft, separate from the living area. Loved having a balcony and lots of sunny windows.
The beach access was close and the beach was absolutely lovely, and the unit had beach chairs available! We found a great place to eat nearby, Finn’s, which became part of our daily routine.
Cons: poorly managed, missing parking pass (got it on our last day), dirty laundry left behind (no one came to remove it). As other reviewers noted, the beds are very soft, not a deal breaker on its own, but I was glad to have a bed to myself, otherwise I think both people would’ve sunk into the middle. The crowd on the beach was great but at night on the hallways, there were a lot of loud voices, arguments, and someone knocking on our door at 1am, that part did not feel relaxing or “away from it all”. There’s also a cigarette receptacle right outside the bedroom window where folks would congregate to chat and smoke at night, which felt a little too close (and smelly) for my comfort.
We had a great time. But I would look harder, or choose building A or B (with beachfront balconies) if I came back to the area.
