The Otters Den awaits you! New private deck construction is complete. Completely renovated in 2021 with brand new kitchen, appliances, floors, paint, bath, luxury linens and bedding. The Otters Den is located on the 2nd floor of our 2 story cabin with stunning views of the Spit and Kachemak Bay. The Otters Den has over 800 sq. feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath complete with gas grill, gas fire pit, patio table and chairs. Shared laundry facility and wood fire pit.

The host was great at communicating with us. The covered deck and fire pit was a nice addition. It was a bit awkward when the other guests arrived and the deck is right off their window. It was not clear to us in the listing that we were attached to the other cabin but could have been a misunderstanding on our end. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed seeing the moose and babies in the yard.

Comfortably furnished second floor apartment that needed some TLC. Several lights needed bulbs or maintenance and the shower head was held on with rubber band's. The floor hadn't been well cleaned. All this is easily fixed and the chairs and beds were comfy. It's a beautiful location with a friendly dog next door.
