We loved being spread out in the 3 properties.
Beds are very comfortable and have quality linens.
Ample supply of beach/pool towels.
Plenty of toys and pool floaties for kids to play with.
Everyone enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court.
Nearby Paradise Beach is beautiful.
Plenty of restaurants and downtown Melbourne is nice to stroll around.

The property was excellent for us for our yearly family vacation! We had plenty of room for meals. The pool was a highlight for everyone! My family was even asking me if we could stay here next year!!

Our group of 13+3 children had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The November weather in Florida can be unpredictable, but this home was perfectly equipped to cater to all of our needs
From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spaciousness of the home, which accommodated our large group comfortably without feeling crowded. The living areas were well-appointed, offering ample room for everyone to relax and socialize.
The outdoor area was a standout for us. The heated pool was a hit for all. It was the perfect remedy for the cooler November evenings, ensuring that swimming was still on the agenda despite the season. Additionally, the pickleball court provided literal hours of entertainment and laughs
While we didn’t make it to the beach, we appreciated its proximity to the house, knowing that a beach day was within easy reach if our schedule had allowed. Moreover, the location proved to be incredibly convenient for our specific needs, being close to Space Coast Stadium for our softball tournament. The ease of access to the venue allowed us to enjoy our activities without the hassle of a long commute.
We found the kitchen equipped for our group meals, and the bedrooms comfortable and well-maintained. It’s clear that the owners have thought about the small details, making our stay as comfortable as possible.
Communication with the property owner was smooth, and incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable
