The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was the off season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves making it perfect for a do-nothing retreat. The decor and layout is dated, but the quick walk to private little beach was beyond amazing

A blast from the past, this retro home had everything our family of 4 needed, with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were VERY comfortable! Everything was tidy. Location was excellent. My only complaint would be the shower heads - they're just mounted too low for an average sized adult.

I concur with all the previous post, that this needs to be upgraded. Mainly the flooring, Carpets stained and dingy.Linoleum gouged in Kitchen. The kitchen and baths were clean. and beds were fresh and comfortable, but the downstairs was very dark, nothing like the photo. It would be a very nice place with a little TLC. Appliances are updated. Beach area is terrific. I gave it 3 stars only because the price was reasonable.
