Townhouse was great! Layout was perfect for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well -equipped and the patio set on the deck overlooking the water was large enough for our group to sit comfortably.The immediate area is very nice but we were about 40 minutes away from our points of interest.Nearby Clinch River Brewing was a nice find. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the location and it was a really nice place.
Processes were so easy and when we had questions they were answer immediately!

The property itself is so fantastic. Everything looked and felt brand new. I was very impressed with the layout and was very comfortable. Check-out was a breeze. However, the listing came with a boat slip, which was the deciding factor in our decision to rent. I even contacted the property manager to confirm before and after we booked. We were very upset to get to the marina and could not find the slip. No one there could help; very little information is given on this. When we finally found it, someone else was docked there. I called to complain and was told someone would get back to me, which never happened. This place would have been top-notch if they had contacted me after two attempts, given an explanation, and tried to make amends. We just needed the slip.
