This four-bedroom home is a great beach getaway for a large family! You'll love this oceanfront townhome located directly on the beach. There is a beach-level deck off the living room and balconies off three of the bedrooms. You'll also have lots of in-suite amenities that include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a mounted flatscreen TV.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This place was great! A four bedroom townhouse right on the beach with a huge deck leading out to the sand. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the AC was great even in 90 degree weather.
It was a great place for our extended family! The kids loved playing on the mini beach before you cross the dune. We could have coffee on the deck and relax while the kids played in the sand. Nothing better than opening your eyes to that beautiful ocean. We already booked for next year!

The view, decks and access to beach were an 11 out of 10! Beautiful sunrises and moonrises! However, as some have stated, kitchen could use some more utencils. When we arrived, the 2nd floor bathroom was missing a the toilet seat. A little inconvenient but there were 2 other bathrooms. Verbasa had a new one installed by Tuesday morning of our week. There was an issue with the internet network not appearing on anyones phone/devices. Verbasa came to the rescue on that and got us set up with a different network and password. AND the Keurig coffee maker fizzeled out on day 4. It just did not stream out properly. By the way, I had scanned the pictures to see what kind of coffee maker to bring coffee for and it clearly shows a drip coffee maker so I brought ground coffee with me. Imagine my surprise when I saw the Keurig and had to go buy K cups. Other than that, we did have a great time but the highlight of this condo is absolutely the decks and view and easy access to beach!

Overall a very nice property with a fabulous location. The decks are great as is the A/C, fridge and dishwasher. We were given the wrong WiFi information at check-in and also experienced an issue with the main TV’s connection during our stay requiring tech support. The deck and main floor were very sandy when we arrived. The top floor bathroom had hair in the bathtub. Place could use some updating based on other properties we’ve seen but we made the most of our time there and enjoyed being right on the beach.
