Welcome to Lovers Key Resort 403, a fully handicap-accessible one-bedroom, one-bath waterfront condo located between the pristine shores of Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach.
This custom-designed fourth-floor condo is the only fully handicap-accessible unit in the complex. Designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind, it features a roll-in shower, grab bars, and a fold-down bench in the bathroom, as well as wide doorways and step-free transitions throughout. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable are included for your entertainment.
Need more space for friends or family? Rent the adjoining unit, Lovers Key Resort 404, and enjoy the flexibility of a connected layout with privacy. A locking hallway door allows both condos to remain open to each other while staying secure. Booking both together provides accommodations for up to eight guests and includes a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
Step out onto the spacious private balcony that spans both the living room and bedroom, offering peaceful views of the water and the surrounding resort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, with a dining area to gather and enjoy your time together.

Close to Lovers Key Staye Park. The until was clean and well maintained. Having a restaurant on the property was convenient. The pool area was very nice.

Our recent stay was very enjoyable, with the weather cooperating. The facilities were fine and well kept. We were initially attracted to the facility due to the mention of a beach but a real beach didn’t exist. We were able to drive to a nearby park that had a beach. A couple of areas for improvement.The bed linens could have been in better shape as there seemed to have a few stains.Given that there are no local eateries for breakfast the kitchen was ill equipped to cook breakfast (frying pans need to be replaced).In todays eco-friendly world there were no facilities- arrangements for recycling. We feel that these things are easily rectified and we enjoyed our stay.
