About this house rental
Bright and spacious family-oriented, single-story resort home in the gated community of Solterra.
The living room has a large Smart TV and comfy furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV & fan.
Full-size washer & dryer in the house for you to use.
Central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house including the garage game room.
The game room includes a pool table, a ping pong table & a dart board.
The outside of our home features a large private swimming pool with southwest sun exposure, unique with no direct rear neighbors, a covered lanai, comfortable seating, sun loungers, & outdoor dining area. There is an option to add pool heat ($35/day) and/or use the BBQ grill ($75/stay).
The community center, featuring a pool-side cafe, water slide, lazy river and pool, is a short, 5-minute leisurely walk or even quicker drive from the house. If you choose to use the Resort Community Pool area, the resort charges a $35 (plus tax) fee for your stay.

The host was friendly, provided all the info needed to inform us of all check-in and check-out instructions and amenities on the property. The house was very clean, neat, and in order (just as pics presented online). Nice, quiet neighborhood. Private pool was wonderful and paying extra to have pool heated made the experience welcoming and cozy. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We had a great time! I definitely recommend this property and would stay again! :)

The house was everything I usually search for while looking to rent. Modern ranch style with high ceilings, bright airy open concept, no carpet, king & queen beds, shower stall, newer faucets, taller toilets, and a washer & dryer. Just like home! The pool was a perk.

This was one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in. It was obviously well cared for.The house is very comfortable and has lots of space. I was surprised by some of the amenities that made it feel like home.The pool was very clean and was nicely heated.There was plenty to do on our down days, which made it relaxing. The house is close to a lot of attractions, which is always a plus.The host is very quick to respond to any question or concern, which made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s house.We would definitely recommend!
