Unit was exactly as described. Easy walk to beach access. We appreciated being able to use the beach cart, chairs and boards! Lovely unit in a great location.

This condo is new, modern, and clean. It’s decorated well. The owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. Since it is new, the kitchen isn’t completely stocked. However, I’m sure that will be taken care of soon. The condo is very convenient to the beach and it’s a good size, too. I absolutely loved that we had a designated parking spot (and it was covered) and a designated storage closet downstairs for our sandy beach stuff. We would definitely return!

We had a great time at this new condo. Owner/manager was great to work with and quick to respond. Fantastic location with private beach access and multiple pools. Would def stay again

Nice comfortable condo. My extended family was all in Destin and we got together Thanksgiving day at my brothers beach house less than 1/4 of a mile away. We were the first to rent the condo so we did have a few suggestions to the owner which were well received and appreciated. I especially enjoyed the 85inch TV in the living room which was great for watching all the football games on this time of year. If we go back again next year we would love to stay here again!
