Super Gorgeous ranch, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. Great Lot with privacy in the backyard. Less than .3 of a mile to grocery stores, restaurants, the Cabarrus County Farmers Market, and trails around the farmers market! And also Convenient to Harrisburg, Concord Mills, local dining, shopping, and post office. 10 min to UNC Charlotte and HWY 85and I-485. Less than 25 min to Uptown Charlotte.

The house was very nice. There were many locked doors including to back deck and yard. I don’t know why. Weather was great and would have been nice to sit outside. One chair to table was broken. There were 6 of us at the house and only four chairs. Limited dishes and silverware. Main bedroom couldn’t get tv to work. Railroad behind house was a pain at night. The house itself was clean and nice

Location is very convenient, the house was nice.Cleaning service needs to be stepped up, hair in shower drain, black mold around glass, shower needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Baseboards were in need of cleaning. Coffee creamers were lumpy (maybe outdated)? Need new cutting board the one there smelled very badly of onions…couldn’t get the smell out. No baking pan or sheets. Only one trash bag was supplied. More coat hangers would have been nice.The lack of cleaning was our biggest issue.
