Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• NO PETS ALLOWED
• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

We enjoyed our stay here so much!!! Kismet was so communicative from the time we booked months ago and before we arrived last week, and until we left. Absolutely recommend! We had no issues with the house. It was clean and ready when we checked in. The pool area was so nice! I do suggest renting a cart to go back and forth to the beach. 30A Gulf carts was also great! We love the area and stay every year.

Great, spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath. What makes this place special is it's location to some great restaurants. It's a very short golf cart ride or walkable to Besmatis and Mimmos. Downtown Grayton beach is just a short 5 minute ride. Going the other direction, Shunk Gulleys is the other direction.
The best house feature is coffee bar that has a fridge which we used for all the adult beverages which usually crowds the main fridge. This was a life saver.
