The Euphorbia House is your desert home away from home. This property gives you tons of space inside and out to relax and enjoy the desert air while still being close to Joshua Tree National Park, local shops and restaurants. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area there is plenty of room to sit and chat with friends and enjoy the beautiful art and design of the property. The unique backyard gives you a true desert experience with the unique setting making you feel like you're in the middle of an old west movie. Come kick your feet up and enjoy the Euphorbia House!

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation
• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!
• GOOD NEIGHBOR BROCHURE
Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation.
• A/C AND HEAT
The house has central AC and heat so you can be comfortable all year around.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
