About this house rental
Luxuriate right on the Russian River in Sonoma County wine country, minutes from the beach. Ospreys and eagles soar, blue herons fish and otters frolic.
Enjoy our renovated historic brick home amidst redwoods, it’s loaded with amenities like a seasonal dock on the river, complete with lounge chairs and kayaks. Also: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, huge sunny deck, glorious hot tub and an outdoor shower next to the epic lawn so you can enjoy river life!
Great location: fabled Northwood golf course just down the street, fun Guerneville 5 minutes east, Pacific coast 15 minutes west and San Francisco 90 minutes south.
We occasionally sublet. The next available window is from October 2024 to at least April 30, 2025. We will consider 31+ day rentals during that time.
Rent varies by season. October to April is only $5800 per month including utilities and 1 cleaning per month. May to September is more. The 1700 sq ft does not include an office, an exterior studio, and three closets which are reserved for owner use. [The whole property is 2100 sq ft.]
We love our home and expect guests to treat it with care. No parties are allowed and we have nighttime quiet hours. No smoking or pets.
