This second floor condo is just a short 1/2 block from a lifeguard protected beach and a short walk to the Cove Beach and 2nd Ave fishing jetty. This condo includes WI FI access, roof deck privileges, one designated parking space as well as a community bike stand for bike storage. Short walk to downtown, shopping and restaurants galore. One bedroom with Queen bed. One bedroom with day trundle bed (two single mattresses). One futon with double mattress.
**Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval.
