Kitchen and bath were spotless, very large fenced back yard that my dogs enjoyed, onsite parking. 10 minute drive to Falls Park on the Reddy and Paris Mountain State Park. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.
Not the prettiest neighborhood but I felt safe. I would stay there again.

House was completely redone with every modern appliance. Owner made the extra effort of providing lots of complimentary goodies and the furniture was super comfortable.
Although it rained lots during our visit, the house really helped to make it a special visit. Will definitely rent again.

My husband and I just love Greenville and I was so excited to get away as he just finished radiation for his malignant cancer. Couldn't have picked a better place. Very clean and had everything we needed.

To start let me say that we had no problems with any neighbors or with noise. The house is lovely and a nice space, although some items could be improved. The yard is very nice too. Here are the minuses. Very bad neighborhood. Had we known we would not have chosen the property. No hot water in kitchen sink. Shower water temp continually varies. No tissues anywhere in house. Plastic plates and wine glasses. The new system of not providing the property address until shortly before your stay is causing problems and from now on we will not choose a property unless we can get the address and look at the surrounding neighborhood. The host was very helpful on check in day and the property itself is very nice. I guess people will have to decide if the neighborhood is an issue for them. It was for us.
