This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Penthouse Suite ocean view features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bathroom equipped with a private water closet and bidet. The second master bedroom comes with two double beds, while the third bedroom features a king-size bed. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms include a 49-inch HDTV, charging outlets in all nightstands and reading lights in each headboard. Both master bathrooms include free-standing showers, separate whirlpool tubs, bathrobes and slippers. The guest bath includes a glass-enclosed shower. The suite also features a private balcony, generous living room with separate dining area, a 65-inch HDTV and PlayStation 3 in the living room with cable, a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Grand Waikikian and Grand Islander by Hilton Grand Vacations Club is a high-rise structure located in the heart of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa complex. Grand Waikikian and Grand Islander is located near Waikiki Beach but is not an oceanfront building.

Self-parking fee is $72 per day/car plus taxes and valet parking fee is $85 day/car plus taxes. Fees are subject to change.

Please note: The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort (~$10-$30/night). A deposit of $250 for incidentals is required at check-in.

NOTES:
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
