A very spacious 640 sqft junior 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, plus washer and dryer in unit. The south facing unit gets direct light. This is a legal rental unit with separate front and back entrances. The home has an inviting beautifully landscaped front garden, and sits on a tree lined street.
This location is ideal to explore tourist sites. Some sites can be accessed by foot, by bicycle, by tram, metro or bus. All means of transportation are located walking distance from the house.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with a Casper Original mattress and pillows.
The kitchen includes a microwave and other small appliances including a keurig coffee machine, and cuisinart kitchenware. The unit is very functional and has ample storage space. It is fully furnished with including linen, towels, and bath essentials, hair dryer and clothing iron. There is a 42" flat screen Smart TV with streaming. Central AC/Heat.

Spacious one bedroom apartment, well stocked (host thought of everything!) and very communicative throughout the stay. Very accommodating, close to the metro (or walking distance to the library of congress, capitol and national mall anyway) and stores nearby. Would definitely stay again

This was the perfect place to stay at for me during my 3 months in DC. It is so central and you can get to anything using the metro. Grocery stores were in walking distance and there were lots of shops nearby. The host communicated well, even through some Vrbo glitches! The place was stocked with basics and I had a very easy stay. Thank you!
