Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will pick up a check-in envelope at the Vacasa office on the day of your reservation. The office is located 10 miles from the resort. The check-in envelope will contain three swipe keys that open the condo door.
A queen sofabed in the living area provides an added sleeping option

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved walking up to Barefoot Landing and catching the shuttle back down to the property afterwards.

Had break from school and came and made the most of it. Location is great. Great size for the 5 of us to spread out. Extra bathroom was great for granddaughter. Heated pools and lazy river was a big hit. Would come back again.

This place has lots of onsite amenities and is also close to many good restaurants in North Myrtle Beach; however our unit was not that clean and getting abit rundown.
