About this house rental
Hole-in-one is a cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with air conditioning that is the perfect size for a small family vacation. The cabin sits on hole #1 of the local golf course and is just 2 minutes from the grocery store and only 30 minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Whether you want to take in the incredible scenery, golf, ride ATVs, go fly fishing, or visit Yellowstone National Park, this is the perfect cabin for your next family vacation.
The Space
On the main floor there is a spacious, newly renovated front porch where you can enjoy the scenery and the amazing Idaho Summer weather. Through the front door you will enter into a living room that includes two recliners, a sofa, a rocking chair, and a coffee table all gathered around a wood burning stove. Further into the home, you will enter into a spacious kitchen with an island and a table with seating for three people. Also located on the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and the shared bathroom.
On the second floor of the cabin are two bedrooms and another living area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room, you will find a desk with an office chair that looks out the window.
Amenities at Hole-in-one include a complete kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, basic kitchen utensils, dish ware, blender, rice maker, microwave, washer and dryer, fans, smart TVs, board games, pack and play, high chair, heaters, air conditioning, wood burning stove, fire pit, barbecue, free WiFi and garbage haul off.
Guest Access
The roads are paved from the main highway to the cabin and the home is easily accessible. There is ATV and snowmobile trail access from the cabin. If your group is interested in exploring some of the trails in the area and you're in need of some machine rentals, we partner local rental companies that can deliver the machines directly to your rental cabin.
A visit to Yellowstone National Park makes for an unforgettable family vacation. Some of our must-see sights are Tower Falls, Old Faithful, Artist Point and Mammoth Hot Springs. If you are looking for some amazing views of wildlife be sure to visit Hayden Valley and Lamar Valley in the early morning and at sunset.
For interested in visiting the Grand Teton National Park, it is roughly a two and a half hour drive through incredible scenery from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park through the South Entrance into Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
No smoking. No pets.
Guests will need their own transportation in order to get around the area as there are no public transportation or ride share services available in the area.

Pros: Outside of the busy town, grocery store nearby, very clean, rustic looking, private, has air conditioning we really enjoyed our time here.Cons: Only one bathroom, needs some repair but nothing that interfered with our trip. We would consider staying here again for sure!

I had a great vacation with my family. Great location, 1.5h from major sites of yellowstone, on a silent and beautiful area (small golf course) The cabin is cozy and comfortable. Air conditioning works great. Showers and laundry as well. Kitchen well provided with good pots and pans to cook and eat at home. The house was clean. Only one thing: I there are no lamps on the bedside tables in the rooms, which makes it difficult to read in bed.
The host responded always quickly and efficiently and kindly to any questions.

This is an old cabin complete with squeaky floors. We stayed with my 80+ year old parents and they suggested a grab bar for the shower. The tub is very high sided which was great for soaking but hard for them to get in and out of. The kitchen is nicely appointed, living area was larger than expected which helped with bringing in 2 wheelchair/scooters to recharge. The views are beautiful. It's on a golf course and is a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to a grocery and gas stations. All in all a good place/location to stay.

This property is in a quiet golf course community. It’s close to a Yellowstone entrance, about 20 minutes away. The house and beds were VERY comfortable. I’d say the only downside is how thin the walls are and how creaky the house is. The property manager was fast at responding. We ran out of propane for the grill and she replaced it the next day. We would stay here again!!
