The beach details at every turn will have you ready to hit the beach. But in addition to everything at this condo, guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and foot wash pump during their stay.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was comfortable, quaint and beachy on the inside with enough beds for the whole family! You can smell the beach air from the front porch which looks right at the huge pool! The property is fully fenced in and our children loved running freely through the green grass and playing cornhole out front. My husband and I were able to relax and eat dinner on the porch while watching them play. Easy stroller/wagon ride to the beach if you don't mind a short walk! We would come home from the beach, wash off in the spigot, and jump right in the huge refreshing pool. On the bayside away from the boardwalk craziness. Welcoming peaceful places like this rare in OC! We wanted to stay forever

We've been staying at this complex for 7 years now while we vacation. I was disappointed at how dirty and unsanitary it was this time around, especially since it is now rented through a company! The toilet was disgusting, with urine caked around the rim of the bowl as well as on the floor all around it. The garbage had not been emptied from the last guests and the bedspread in the main bedroom has several disgusting spots that resemble blood. The filters in the air conditioners were packed full of dirt and the kitchen counter was covered with crumbs. For the price we had to pay this year, we will not be returning to this condo.
