About this apartment rental
Studio 21 m2 with terrace of 7.5 m2 with SEA and PORT of Sète view,
Fully equipped in a luxury secure residence with swimming pool reserved for residents and private parking in the basement.
The residence is located on Mont Saint Clair, a popular area of Sète.
Our apartment is composed of a main room opening onto a large terrace (7.5 m2) with sea and port view.
The kitchen area is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave grill, fridge with top freezer, washing machine, senseo coffee maker and kettle.
For the bed, a 2-bed sofa to unfold (140X190) offering a view of the sea.
Duvet and pillows at your disposal in the apartment. Sheets not provided.
The bathroom with toilet has a shower.
A large cupboard in the hall for storage. Small bench to put suitcases.
Garden furniture on the terrace with deckchair to relax facing the sea, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea and the port of Sète.
The apartment is ideally located to do everything on foot and by bus (bus stop "La Citadelle" line 5 - in front of the residence).
The streets of Sète go up since the city is located all around Mont Saint Clair. Many small pedestrian streets, stairs and alleys make the charm of walks in the city. To reach the residence, the street goes up but it is quite doable (60 meters of difference in altitude), otherwise a bus stop is in front of the entrance.
A 10-minute walk from the old port, the covered market and the heart of the city with entertainment, restaurants and shops.
The 1st beach: The cove of La Nau is 20 minutes walk from the residence, this beach is accessible by the Maréchal Leclerc pedestrian promenade - Corniche promenade which runs along the sea.
A little further on, the Corniche beach, the Fontaine beach and the Lido beach.
The rental includes a private parking in the basement.
Swimming pool in the residence accessible by stairs open from 01/06 to 30/09.
For the winter season, electricity costs are charged at a rate of 0.20 euros / kw/h (depending on meter reading).

My wife and I spent a fortnight here at the beginning of September. A fantastic little apartment, with an excellent host and family, who were always available if required and helpful in making our stay a very pleasant experience. Excellent communication from host Sylvie.
The apartment is clean and comfortable and the view from the verandah is excellent, a joy to look out to in the morning and the evening. We had everything we needed for a fortnight’s stay. Plenty of cookware, crockery etc., so you can cook away to your heart’s content, or eat out in Sète’s many restaurants.
The location is handy for buses, and also has a secure underground parking garage. There’s a lift which is very helpful for anyone with mobility issues.
Sète itself is a wonderful location, very pretty indeed with plenty to do and see. There are also numerous, small towns in the area, which are worth a visit. We’ve had an excellent holiday and would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
Ma femme et moi avons passé une quinzaine de jours ici début septembre. Un petit appartement fantastique, avec un hôte et une famille excellents, qui étaient toujours disponibles si nécessaire et serviables pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. Excellente communication de l'hôte Sylvie.
L'appartement est propre et confortable et la vue depuis la véranda est excellente, un plaisir à regarder le matin et le soir. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour de quinze jours. Beaucoup d'ustensile
