New single-storey house, 300 meters (6 minutes walk) from the beach of Trescao at the Pointe de Trevignon.
1 large living room with fully equipped and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, combined fridge freezer), living room, TV, Wifi.
1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, with private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet,) 1 other bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, all equipped with cupboards. 1 bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet.
1 garage with washing machine, dryer, ping pong table. 2 bicycles available. Baby equipment (high chair, folding bed, changing mat, bathtub)
Large terrace with table, chairs and lounge, sunbeds, parasol, barbecue.
600 m2 enclosed land, south-west facing. Very quiet environment, 5 minutes walk from a grocery store-bread depot, 10 minutes walk from the port and its fishing boats, restaurants and terraces, 10 minutes by car from Trégunc and Névez and their shops. To discover: Concarneau and the Ville Close, its Thalasso, the Glénan islands, Pont Aven la cité des Peintres, Quimper, Lorient, not to mention the coastal paths (GR34). Sports course nearby.

Great accommodation, in a perfect location.
Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. We loved the house with quality furnishings, the close proximity to the beach and all amenities an easy drive way. The GR34 is 5 minutes walk away and the port at Trevignon 10 minutes. We were happy to stay local and relax in the garden, cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Ann Marie and Pascal.

We experienced a very friendly welcome by the owners and enjoyed our stay here in autumn. The house is modern, very comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommened!
