This 30-square-meter apartment, located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator), sleeps 4–6 people and offers a superb view of the sea.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchenette with table and chairs, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utensils, storage cabinet, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.

Beautiful 6 m² TERRACE with outdoor furniture, double-glazed bay window with lighting so you can enjoy lovely evenings

LIVING ROOM: 1 sofa bed for 2 people (sleeps 140 x 190), 1 flat-screen TV

BATHROOM: walk-in shower, vanity unit with medicine cabinet and mirror, closet, and washing machine.

Separate toilet

BEDROOM: Enclosed with a sea view, 1 double bed (140 x 190) with comforter, pillows, and mattress protector + 2 nightstands.

CABIN: 1 bunk bed (2 beds, 90 x 190)

All you’ll need to bring are your own sheets and personal linens

PS: Tourist tax not included in the rental price

Rentals from Saturday to Saturday (July/August)

A security deposit of €500 will be required and refunded if no damage is found.

A cleaning fee of €50 will be collected upon arrival and refunded upon departure if the unit has been cleaned properly.

Great little apartment with a fabulous outlook. Would benefit from wifi as others have said. Would also benefit from new mattresses on the bunk beds as they are past their best! Great communication and any issues dealt with swiftly. Would definitely stay again - with new mattresses! Thank you for a lovely stay.
