Appartement petit mais joliment équipé, refait neuf et fonctionnel. Emplacement parfait plage de St Clair à 5 mn à pied par le chemin des Naïades, supérette et Bar tabac à deux pas, centre du Lavandou à 5 mn en voiture. Seul petit bémol la chaleur dans l’appartement, prévoir un ventilateur… la climatisation dans un si petit espace serait la bienvenue surtout pour celui qui dort dans le lit supérieur des lits superposés, la chaleur monte…
