Close to sailing, parasailing, and more, this welcoming villa brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 6-minute drive to Matisse Museum or the 6-minute drive to Cimiez Amphitheater (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the private pool, or sip a drink in the hot tub of this villa, which also features a garden. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the WiFi, TV, and stereo.

We stayed as a family with children for 12 days in this beautiful place and house. The house has a fantastic view of Nice and is very elegant, very well equipped and family friendly. The children enjoyed the swimming pool every day and the garden is extremely well maintained. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very helpful. You could always reach him and feedback was prompt. We would definitely come back again.
