Si vous souhaitez un retour dans les années 70, c'est le bon appartement.
Les photos sont très avantageuses. L'appartement est dans son jus : bidet, meuble en formica, lambris... . La moquette (oui, oui, la moquette... ça existe encore !) est tachée. L'équipement est très basique.
Si vous faites plus d'1m70 vous prenez votre douche la tête dans les étendoirs suspendus au dessus de la baignoire.
Bref, les prix sont excessifs pour l'absence d'investissement réalisé...
