It is equipped with 4 bedrooms including 1 independent bedroom (separate entrance), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, American fridge, hob), a cellar (with freezer, washing machine, dryer), a gas barbecue.

Close to all amenities with shops less than 10 minutes by car, the villa is ideally located to enjoy the Provence Verte (including the Gorges du Verdon less than an hour away) and the Coast (Fréjus/St Raphaël, St Tropez, Cannes...).
