On the Vendée coast, this house promises a change of scenery and good living for a stay with family or friends. Located a few kilometres from the sea and the beautiful town of Les Sables d'Olonne, calm and variety of activities will be the keywords of your holiday. Relaxing and full of life holidays await you!
Modern house with an area of 138m² located inside a typical village in the north of the city of Sables d'Olonne, "La Bauduère", which has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. In addition, the outdoor areas have garden furniture, a terrace, a plancha, a private heated swimming pool and private parking. Inside the house you will find an iron, a safe, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as a television with a DVD player, a radio, and internet access (wifi). The open-plan kitchen with an induction hob is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, espresso and Nespresso, a toaster and a kettle.
The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September. It will be heated between these dates (but the usual temperature of 26-28 degrees may decrease in case of cool weather).
This property is on one level but not specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Great house, great location.
Concierge was late on arrival and departure which was a pain.
Would also recommend pool was cleaned between customers. It was full of sand when we arrived.

Le contact avec les personnes d'Hoomy qui se sont occupées de nous, en plus de la qualité du produit.
Ce serait bien pour protéger les tables d'avoir quelques sets de table. Même si ce n'est que le dernier détail.

Location is only a 10 min drive from beaches and amenities but still quiet for relaxing by the super pool. The house is well equipped although it was disappointing that only one of us could actually relax in the garden by the pool as there was only one useable sun lounger. The alternative of a wooden straight backed chair isn’t really suitable! Bed comfortable and we both had great sleeps!
