The chalet, built on a hillside, is located in a very quiet environment with a magnificent view of the Gérardmer ski slopes and the Hohneck summit.
Only 10 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes from the Gérardmer ski slopes, you are close to this lively town in all seasons. Before that, you will discover Le Tholy, and its numerous sports and cultural activities and outings in the beautiful Vosges countryside: waterfalls, Notre-Dame chapel, the Trou de l'Enfer, the Pierre du Chaud Costet, Les roches de la Moulure, la Pissoire... enough to delight young and old.
Welcome to the chalet Le Chanot where you can park 3-4 vehicles. You will walk along the chalet to reach the entrance. On the way you have access to the laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Once inside the chalet, you will discover the spacious air-conditioned living room with :
A lounge area with a wooden fireplace, a hanging TV and 2 comfortable sofas. From here you can access the terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue around the garden furniture,
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with ice dispenser and freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, crockery, etc.), a central island with stools,
A dining room with table and buffet, from here you exit onto a balcony leading to the terrace,
A second lounge area in front of the large windows offering a dreamy view of the surrounding mountains,
On the ground floor you have a bathroom with a corner bath and a washbasin, as well as a toilet.
On the first floor:
Open the door to the first landing, and you will discover an exceptional arrangement of 4 single beds bunk 2 by 2, to accommodate your children or adults. A hanging TV and a trunk of board games,
3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a large double bed and a hanging TV. 2 bedrooms have access to a shared balcony with a relaxation area,
A shower room with a large shower and a washbasin,
A separate toilet.
On the garden level :
A large relaxation and sports room with a sitting area, a table football, a treadmill, a sauna for 4-5 people, a toilet, a bathroom with Italian shower and 2 basins. From here you have access to a new terrace with garden furniture and elliptical bikes.
The chalet offers you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. The garden is very well planted and decorated, just like the chalet. A lighted petanque court completes the sporting activities.
A baby bed and a high chair are available for the little ones.
For your peace of mind, bed linen, towels and crockery are provided.
The chalet was completely renovated in 2020 with the help of an architect in the spirit of the mountains, respecting the ecology by using untreated wood.
