About this apartment rental
Summary:
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, this spacious apartment is ideal for business travelers or student. It is a bright and very calm apartment.
You have a fully equipped open kitchen at your disposal as well as a washer dryer.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
The flat is equipped with fiber optic internet.
Other than the main TV in the living room, there is a smart TV in the bedroom as well.
The communal space is like a four star hotel.
The Space:
This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:
- In vocational training
- Professional change
- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
- In graduate studies
- In apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- In voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

The Neighborhood:
The Grevin Museum is just at a stone throw from the apartment.
The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance.
The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day.
You could even take the kids to Disneyland via the direct RER A loacted 10 minutes away by foot at the Auber station.
Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard!
This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco.
For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...
Getting Around:
This apartment is close to metro stops:
- Richelieu-Drouot ( metro line 8 and 9 ) - at 2 minutes by foot
- Bourse ( metro line 3 ) - At 3 minutes by foot
- Le Peletier ( metro line 7 ) - At 6 minutes by foot
- Auber ( RER A ) - At 10 minutes by foot.
You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24.
You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, Bolt, G7, taxis, etc).
You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment.

Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.

I stayed for four months for my internship. The place is clean, has all the neccessary amenities needed (kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc), and quiet. It is also located in very central area, so close to many tourist attractions, metro stations (3 mins walk), and restaurants/pubs. Highly recommend!

Good location and the flat is fine however :
There was no water flow in the apartment and despite multiple feedback nothing was done to fix it or offer alternative solution. I end up changing appartment after 10 days of no action as I could not even wash my hair properly.
