Apartment for 4/6 people of 36 m2 with balcony near the ski slopes
Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence in Praz sur Arly 74120 (Haute Savoie)
It is composed of:
- Entrance, living room opening onto a 10 m2 balcony with table and chairs, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen - hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini oven, fondue and raclette set, Dyson vacuum cleaner.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200), 1 bedroom (sleeping area) with 2 bunk beds (90*200), 1 BZ sofa in the living room.
(The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
- Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet
- In the basement: closed garage, individual ski locker, bike room
The shops are within walking distance and the apartment is located 400 meters from the ski slopes, the snow garden and the ESF, ski bus stop at the foot of the residence
100 m from the playground of the Parc des Belles, and Lake Praz Lake Adventures (Aquapark, Tree climbing, and Swimming with equipped beach)
3 minutes from Intermarché by car.

It was difficult to communicate between French and English. The experiences we have had with in England is very different to those experienced in France. The requirement for bringing your own linen we did not realise extended to T towels. The son and partner did not clean as thoroughly as they should have. But the owner was too quick to charge an extra cost, she then referred a dispute to VRBO when no dispute existed. We explained the situation but she refused to back down. We felt that this was unfair and unjust. We will know better next time not to rent something for our son but also not to use VRBO.
