@lapetitebourdotte: Freshly renovated accommodation, this old barn in the heart of a unique shared landscaped park will satisfy your desires for tranquility and countryside with the advantages of modernity.
On the first floor, equipped kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower.
The overlooked living room of the little Bourdotte opens onto a unique and exotic landscaped park shared with the owners. Between bamboo grove, tropical garden and French garden.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, with large double beds (160 ×200). Excellent bedding (Emma mattress). A TV room and a small bed.
Intex salt spa from October to May, private to the gîte.
In season, 8x3 salt water swimming pool, heated and shared (9 a.m. to 11 a.m. 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m.)
On request, Pilates mat and machine classes as well as Japanese anti-aging facial massages (Ko-Bi-Do).
And if the weather permits, you can admire the Pyrenees mountain range.
La petite Bourdotte is located in Chalosse, in the south of the Landes, at the gateway to the Basque Country, a hilly region known for its terroir, its gastronomy and its lakes.
The Chalosse greenway linking Dax to Saint Sever passes 400 meters from the house.
The spa towns of Dax and Prechacq les bains are respectively 25 and 10 minutes away by car.
We are also 45 minutes from the Landes coast (Cape Breton/Hossegor), 1h35 from San Sebastian in Spain and 1h45 from the first ski slopes of the Pyrenees.
