Totally independent house located in a quiet and green setting, the space is at will, the panoramic views are superb, ideal for a relaxing holiday, come and discover the fresh air and nature in Lozère.

The house includes 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140 in each of them, 1 separate toilet, a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with television and sofa

A security deposit of 300 euros will be required on arrival in addition to the balance
This deposit will be returned to you 3 days after your departure.Deduction of any deterioration or the cost of restoring the premises
The price includes all charges except electricity which will be charged at the price of 0.25 euro cents per KW
Pets are allowed. For dogs they must be kept on a leash in the property

Superbe petite maison au calme mais à 10 minutes seulement de Langogne.
Outre un immense pré pour l'entrainement du chien, elle beneficie d'une vue imprenable sur la vallèe.
L'interieur est bien équipé.
Et les environs propices aux sports nautiques, aux ballades et aux escales gourmandes à prix modiques , ce qui ne gate rien.
Un très bon choix pour les amateurs de nature.

Très belles vues de la propriété. Maison soignée avec tout confort. Bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a bien renseigné sur les sites à voir et un très bon restaurant 😉😉

Bien accueilli, extérieur avec une superbe vue et de l'espace pour les enfants. Proche de Langogne pour les courses, de Naussac et de l'Allier pour la baignade. Bref Idéal pour se détendre en famille.
