his apartment located on the second floor consists of an entrance, a living room with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed type BZ in 140cm (BULTEX mattress).
To prepare your meals with the products bought at the market in the morning, you will have a kitchen open to the living room: a 4-burner hob, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer...
Its balcony, accessible from the kitchen, is equipped with terrace furniture. In the morning you will be delighted to drink your coffee with the good smells of the bakery located a stone's throw away from the apartment.
The night part is composed of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a closet.
The whole is completed by a renovated shower room with washing machine and an independent toilet.
Parking is in the street.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock

Appartement conforme à la description. Chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Pièces de vie très bien pour 2 personnes. Très bien situé au centre de Royan. Tout est vraiment à proximité : plage, commerces et restaurant. Plus besoin de voiture.
Seul bémol, la robinetterie aurait besoin d'être revue. La douche manque de pression, mais les robinets crachent de l'eau un peu partout.
Mais nous avons passé un super séjour avec un temps magnifique.
