Holiday home with 5 beds, located in a residential area with caretaker: "Fishermen's Island" is a picturesque site on the Barcarès peninsula, surrounded by water and small private harbours.

1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and plenty of storage)

On the first floor:
1 bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 140 and 1 bunk bed 90).
1 bathroom with large shower and sink.

Outside:
-Parking reserved by resident number
- 1 terrace/pergola of 15m2 with large table and benches.
-1 private garden separated from the adjoining dwellings by a hedge.

A festive holiday space:
The real estate area of the Ile aux pêcheurs is a very well located family site with free and private access to many structures and leisure activities:

2 restaurant areas and a small food of 1st necessities.

Access is given on presentation of a "bracelet-pass" which is in the rental, to be returned at the end of the stay.

200 metres away is the Natura 2000 pond with water activities: kind of surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding...
1 km away is the large beach with easy and protected access.
1km away the port and the village with summer entertainment.
