About this house rental
A very bright, modern 180-square-meter villa located 15 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from the Arcachon Bay, and 45 minutes from the Dune du Pilat, near several wineries. Lacanau and Cap Ferret are a 1-hour drive away, and Saint-Émilion is 45 minutes away. Beautiful parks and bike paths nearby.

The first floor of the house includes:
- a large open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen opening onto a terrace (air-conditioned).
- a laundry room (office not accessible),
- two toilets,
- a master suite with a 180/200 bed, bathroom with a tub, and walk-in closet,
- a bedroom with a 140/190 bed and its own bathroom.
Upstairs:
- two air-conditioned bedrooms with a 140/200 bed (option to add two 90 beds),
- two bathrooms
- one restroom.
Ideal home for one or two families, with books and board games for all ages.
Landscaped outdoor area, patio with table, seating area with a fire pit, barbecue, griddle, vegetable garden where you can pick blackberries, raspberries, tomatoes, and more depending on the season…
Linens provided (fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcase, comforter, bath towels, and dish towels).
Cleaning supplies provided.
