Le studio est très propre, très bien refait, le canapé lit est tout à fait confortable, la cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a de grands placards, la sdb est petite mais fonctionnelle, l'immeuble est calme avec une crêperie (très bonne) au rez de chaussée, mais sans les nuisances d'odeurs. C'est une bonne base de départ pour de belles balades sur la côte en direction de Saint Nazaire, ou sur la grande plage de la Baule, la ville de Pornichet est très sympathique à vivre, marché, plage et port de plaisance à 10mn par les petites rues. Quelques commerces à proximité immédiate, vers la gare.
