About this house rental
Cosy cottage for 2 to 4 people in a stone village house in the heart of the village of Passenans, on the Jura wine route.
The cottage has the following rooms and equipment:
On the first floor:
- Kitchen/dining room
- Living room with sofa bed
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom with double bed
- Mezzanine with BZ sofa
Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. However, duvets, pillows, dish towels and bath mats are provided.
The property does not have an exterior, but two public parking spaces are available a few dozen meters away.
Possibility of coupled rental (same owner) with the adjoining cottage "Village house in Passenans, on the Jura wine route", for 6+4 people in total.
The village of Passenans is very friendly and has a multi-sports playground, a ping-pong table and a petanque court.
The major tourist sites of Chateau-Chalon (8km) and Baume-les-Messieurs (14km) are easily and quickly accessible. Several walks in the forest, in the middle of the vineyards or towards the plateau are also possible from the cottage, as well as access to the beautiful castle of Frontenay.
The lake of Desnes (16km) offers water activities for the whole family.
