Appt bien placé mais avec un accès avec des escaliers (pas d'ascenseur), et le chauffage dans la pièce principale est un peu juste (pas possibilité de le régler car chauffage collectif).
Sinon bien agencé, calme, et donnant directement en pied de pistes.
