At the foot of the slopes and ski lessons. 400 m from the leisure center in summer. Walking access to all amenities, shops, ice rink in winter, start of slopes. View of the Beauregard massif. Quiet.

KITCHENETTE equipped: sink, 2-burner induction cooktop, hood, multi-function oven, 157 L fridge, dishwasher, raclette maker, fondue maker, pierrade maker, capsule and filter coffee maker, cabinets with all necessary kitchen items

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Services not included:
- Small pet allowed, maximum weight 5 kg (limited to one), supplement €25 for stays up to 10 nights, then €25 per additional 10-night period (capped at €100) to be paid on site.
- Arrival outside opening hours
- Credit card deposit upon key handover (€500)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linens (order must be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).
- Baby equipment: to be ordered and picked up at Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, flat rate according to accommodation size (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure.

Dans cet appartement il faut changer la douche trop petite et le rideau désagréable .

Appartement bien situé à mi chemin entre la piscine et l'église, donc super pratique. Bon état général.
Cet appartement qui propose des prestations correctes pourraient être rationalisé, l'organisation pourrait être améliorée si le but est de majoritairement le louer (l 'agence: appeler moi si vous voulez)
